  1. Each week, you’ll watch a couple short coaching videos, then you’ll send me a Marco Polo with your wins & challenges to stay accountable.

  2. Please complete the lessons one week at a time. No binging! This isn’t Netflix. We’re putting real action behind the things we are learning and not rushing the process. We don’t want to be moving on to the next thing until our foundation is set.

Action items:

  1. Download this month’s workbook on the next video’s page (this is yours to keep indefinitely). You are also being mailed a printed version as we speak!
    NOTE: if you feel that you are truly mastering the material more quickly, AND you’ve completed the action items, please let me know and you can proceed to the next lesson. FYI: The first 2 weeks of material of month 1 are lighter, and weeks 3 & 4 are more intense.
