Cortney Kaveh
I specialize in helping entrepreneurs organize & prioritize their personal and business finances. Too many business owners do not pay themselves properly, if at all, or feel confident managing irregular income. This can lead to an emotional rollercoaster in business & eventual burnout. I love helping people experience the freedom & perks of working for themselves by creating a plan for their finances, which then brings peace of mind.
I am also a YNAB certified coach, and blend the YNAB method with the Profit First method.
On a personal note, I live in Oregon (formerly California) with my husband and two little boys. When I’m not with my boys or clients, I’m active in my church and my faith in Jesus is everything to me. I enjoy integrating faith with finances for clients who are also believers, but I love working with people of all backgrounds!
Tauna Esslinger
I help small business owners grow sustainable, profitable businesses grounded in virtue and guided by their values. My work centers on helping them build confidence, create systems they can trust, and make financial decisions that support both their business and their family life. Ultimately, I want to help entrepreneurs see their work not just as a job, but as a meaningful pursuit that reflects who they are and the life they want to build.
I am also a Fix This Next Advisor, and I help entrepreneurs find the missing link in their operations and help them with a plan to fix it!
On the personal side of things, I live in Colorado with my husband and three teen boys. When we’re not at school or work, we’re frequently at one of their football games or concerts or watching a movie together as a family.
