How to not bust your budget on vacation

"Budgeting on vacation? That's the LAST thing I want to do!"

When we over-complicate our budget on vacation, one of two things happens:

1. We get overwhelmed and stop tracking altogether (the "I'll deal with it when I get home" lie).

2. We spend our precious vacation time staring at a screen instead of the view.
